Custom Orders:	We will gladly work with you on any custom order. Please call or email and we will bring your creation to reality. Some details: Custom orders are completed within two weeks of your final design. Work on your design begins upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% materials deposit. Your custom-made jewelry is shipped upon receipt of final payment. All custom order sales are final.
Shipping:	Most items can be mailed within 3 business days. If we need to special order materials, we notify you of any changes in delivery time. Shipping fee for all items is FREE in September. We use USPS, which provides you with a tracking number. Priority or express mail is available upon request. See shipping charges. Oversees orders send an additional $7.00. If you have made a purchase that needs to be shipped overseas please fill out the necessary paper work. We highly recommend you insure your package, if not we cannot be responsible for the item.
Expedited Orders:	If you need a rush delivery, please contact us to determine completion time. Increased shipping and handling may be added to get your order to you quickly.
Payments:	Personal and business checks are gladly accepted. Your order will be shipped once your check has cleared our bank (usually 7 to 10 business days). Please make your check payable to Galchi Jewelry. If you would like to expedite your order, we highly recommend payment through PayPal or money orders. Credit cards are also accepted through PayPal.
Security & Privacy:	We recognize that our online customers are concerned about their personal information and how it will be used. We are committed to protect the privacy of our customers and to make ordering from Galchi Jewelry a safe and hassle-free experience! The security and protection of your personal information is something that we prioritize here at Galchi Jewelry. We only collect your personal information in order to do the shipping process. We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our customers to third parties. Orders placed at galchijewelry.com are processed via PayPal, a global leader in online payment processing. PayPal does not reveal your financial information to sellers including Galchi Jewelry. Photos:	Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than real size because of screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than real size in order to clearly show details or smaller than real size in order to show the entire item. Please contact us prior to ordering with any questions.
Returns:	We do not provide cash refunds. You may exchange your item either for another piece or a gift certificate or credit for later use. When returning items, you are responsible for the shipping cost to us. Please ensure that the packing is secure. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Repairs:	We stand behind our products... If returned within 90 days, your purchase will be repaired or replaced free of charge. After 90 days we will gladly repair your item; there will be a charge for replacement parts and shipping. After a year, a labor charge will be added to the cost. Labor fees start at $10 and are based on repair time.
